Kofola extending portfolio of healthy food products into the Polish market

The Kofola Group has signed an agreement for the purchase of 100% of share in the Premium Rosa company. Kofola has been closely observing market trends related to an increase in the demand for healthy food. In response to consumers’ needs and preferences and broad perspectives for development in the healthy food sector, Kofola has decided to buy the Premium Rosa company. Th acquisition includes taking over 100% of the company’s shares.

Premium Rosa is a prospective company which is currently recording a double-digit increase in sales. The companys portfolio includes two brands Premium Rosa and Nasze Domowe. It operates in the premium segment and manufactures high-quality natural products such as syrups, NFC juices and jams. It is this kind of assortment of products made on the basis of natural ingredients and traditional recipes and healthy foods that is enjoying a growing interest on European and global markets. Unique products from the Premium Rosa portfolio are characterized by: top quality, natural ingredients, traditional recipes and top production technologies. Premium Rosa products can be found at shops and supermarkets in Poland, as well as abroad where they enjoy a great popularity even in far-off lands such as South Korea.
